Return & Refund Policy
At Abaya Seekers, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from perfume or scents
• All tags must be intact
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
To request a return, please contact us at
support@abayaseekers.com within 14 days of delivery.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed once the item has passed inspection
Please note: items confirmed as delivered by the courier are not eligible for a refund unless returned in accordance with our policy.
Exchanges
Due to limited stock and small production runs, we do not offer size exchanges.
Exchanges are only accepted in the case of a confirmed fault or error on our part (e.g. defective item or incorrect item sent).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Worn, washed, perfumed, or altered items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Any item returned that does not meet our return conditions will be sent back to the customer.
Responsibility After Delivery
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
